The Optimal Diet is a designed for anyone who values convenience, variety in dishes, and balanced meals tailored to the required calorie intake. The menu has been created by our nutritionist and experienced chef, who along with the team, supervises the preparation of each dish, and the entire meal plan for the optimal diet was developed in collaboration with Klaudia Kaliisa.  

What does the optimal diet consist of?  

A team of experienced individuals has prepared the optimal diet that meets daily calorie requirements, adds energy, and facilitates weight loss, allowing you to reach your target body weight. Each meal provides the body with all the essential nutrients, including vitamins and minerals. 


Green Bean Optimal Diet is available in 2 calorie versions for women and men:   


- Women: 1500 and 1800 kcal 

- Men: 2000 and 2300 kcal

Which Optimal Diet should I pick?   

 

When choosing a meal plan for weight loss, the right caloric intake depends on various factors like your age, weight, height, activity level, and weight loss goals.  


  • Lower calorie intake of 1500 kcal (women) or 2000 kcal (men): This is often recommended for people aiming for a more aggressive weight loss approach. It may suit those with a lower activity level or who need to lose weight more quickly. 
     
  • Higher calorie intake of 1800 kcal (women) or 2300 kcal (men): This may be more suitable if you're more active (physical activity min. 4 times a week) or prefer a less restrictive diet. It can still facilitate weight loss while providing more flexibility and nutrient density.
